PAYROLL SPECIALIST @ AL FAHIM HQ
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is essential for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a large and diverse workforce, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time. You will be responsible for the entire payroll lifecycle, including data entry, calculations, and the distribution of payments, while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and data integrity.
Beyond basic processing, the role involves ensuring strict compliance with all UAE regulations and labor laws, specifically focusing on the Wages Protection System (WPS). You will handle complex payroll reports, perform meticulous reconciliations, and lead payroll-related audits. Given our presence in the retail sector, the ideal candidate will understand the specific nuances of retail workforce management and be able to provide strategic insights into payroll efficiencies and compliance improvements.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of specialized payroll experience within the UAE
Extensive professional background working in the retail industry
Solid and comprehensive understanding of current UAE labor laws
Proven expertise in managing the Wages Protection System (WPS)
In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance and local regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce
Strong proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel functions
Ability to conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and audits
Excellent communication skills for handling internal payroll inquiries
