Key Requirements
Valid heavy equipment operator certification
Minimum 2 years experience in mining operations
Proven skills in operating wheel loaders
Deep understanding of site safety and procedures
Physical capability for challenging terrain
Ability to work in remote areas
Experience with shift rotation schedules
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform routine machine inspection
Strong focus on production targets
