Wheel Loader Operators at AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED are responsible for loading articulated trucks, feeding crushers, and maintaining stockpiles. You will need to operate the machinery with precision to ensure maximum bucket fill and minimum cycle times while maintaining a safe working distance from other equipment and personnel. Daily tasks also include performing safety checks and ensuring the loader is kept in optimal operating condition throughout the shift.

Key Requirements
Valid operator's permit for wheel loaders or equivalent heavy equipment.
Successful track record with at least 3 years of experience in loading operations.
Proven ability to load various materials including ore, waste, and aggregate.
Knowledge of weighing systems and load-out technology installed in loaders.
Strict adherence to workplace safety standards and hazard management.
Capability to perform pre-operational and post-operational machine inspections.
Excellent hand-eye-foot coordination for smooth machine operation.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with strict production quotas.
Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively via two-way radio.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly cab and work area.
