Key Requirements
Professional certification in welding (TIG/MIG/Arc).
At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or industrial fabrication.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Knowledge of different metal types and their specific welding properties.
Experience with structural welding on large-scale mining machinery.
Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Ability to use various hand tools, grinders, and cutting equipment.
Experience in the refurbishment of earthmoving buckets and frames.
Strong problem-solving skills for on-site repairs in remote locations.
Willingness to work in a remote mining site environment with shifts.
