AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED is a fast-growing mining and earthmoving services company operating in Tanzania, focused on heavy equipment operations and large-scale mining support. We are currently seeking experienced Water Bowser Drivers to join our dynamic team and assist in critical site maintenance and operational support through dust suppression and water distribution.
The successful candidates will be responsible for navigating heavy water bowsers across active mining terrains safely. You will work closely with the production and safety departments to ensure that environmental and operational requirements are met consistently. This role is essential for maintaining site safety and visibility for all personnel and machinery involved in large-scale mining operations within the Singida region.

Key Requirements
Valid driving license with appropriate heavy vehicle class
At least 2 years of experience operating water bowsers on mining sites
Strong understanding of dust suppression techniques and site safety
Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on heavy vehicles
Willingness to work in shifts and under challenging site conditions
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow site directions
Valid occupational health and safety (OHS) certification
Proven track record of maintaining a clean driving and safety record
Physical fitness required for long-distance driving and manual tasks
Knowledge of road safety regulations and mining site protocols
