TYRE MAN (7) @ AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED
The Tyre Man position is a specialized role focused on the management and maintenance of OTR (Off-The-Road) tires for our heavy mining fleet. Given the harsh terrain of mining sites, you will be responsible for tire changes, pressure monitoring, and repairs to ensure vehicle safety and reduce operational costs.
You will work as part of a dedicated team to manage tire inventory and disposal. This role requires physical strength and a deep understanding of tire safety standards, as the performance of our earthmoving machinery depends heavily on the condition of their tires.

Key Requirements
Direct experience in changing and repairing heavy machinery tires.
Knowledge of OTR tire specifications and pressure requirements.
Ability to operate tire handlers and hydraulic jacks safely.
Skill in assessing tire wear and recommending replacements.
Understanding of tire rotation and alignment principles.
Strict compliance with safety procedures during tire inflation and handling.
Physical ability to perform manual labor in a mining environment.
Basic reporting skills to track tire usage and life cycles.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant vocational training or on-the-job experience in a similar role.
