AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED is hiring professional Tipper Drivers to support our material hauling and logistics operations in Tanzania. We are a fast-growing mining services company dedicated to heavy equipment operations and comprehensive mining support. Our fleet of tipper trucks is essential for the transport of ore, waste, and construction materials across our mining sites in Singida and beyond.
As a Tipper Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials within the mining site. You must have extensive experience handling heavy vehicles in challenging terrain and be committed to maintaining the safety of yourself and your colleagues. Daily vehicle checks and reporting are mandatory parts of the job to ensure our fleet remains operational and safe for all tasks.

Key Requirements
Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Class E or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience driving Tipper trucks in mining or construction.
Excellent driving record with no major accidents or violations.
Knowledge of hauling and tipping safety procedures.
Ability to navigate rough terrain and steep inclines safely.
Basic knowledge of truck mechanics for daily maintenance checks.
Commitment to adhering to speed limits and site safety protocols.
High level of discipline and effective time management skills.
Ability to work in a remote mining environment on a shift basis.
Fluency in Swahili; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
