As a Store Data Capture specialist, you will support the warehouse department by maintaining precise digital records of all incoming and outgoing goods. This includes spare parts for heavy machinery, consumables, and site supplies necessary for daily operations.
Your role ensures that the physical inventory matches the digital database at all times. Working within our fast-growing mining support framework, you will play a key part in the logistics chain, assisting the supervisor in identifying low-stock items and tracking the movement of high-value assets.

Key Requirements
Prior experience in inventory data entry or clerical roles.
Strong computer skills, specifically with database management systems.
Ability to identify various mechanical parts and equipment items.
Excellent numerical skills for stock counting and verification.
Capacity to handle a high volume of transactions daily.
Meticulous attention to detail to prevent inventory errors.
Ability to follow standardized coding and naming conventions.
Strong ethics and reliability in handling company assets.
Willingness to work under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or Business Administration.
