AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED is seeking experienced Roller Operators to join our dynamic team in Tanzania. As a fast-growing leader in mining and earthmoving services, we focus on heavy equipment operations and large-scale mining support. The successful candidates will play a critical role in site preparation and compaction tasks, ensuring the stability and safety of our mining infrastructure within the Singida region and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating Smooth and Sheep Foot rollers to compact earth, gravel, or other materials. You must be able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position requires collaboration with other heavy equipment operators and supervisors to ensure that all project specifications are met accurately and on schedule.

Key Requirements
Valid operating license for heavy rollers.
Proven experience operating Smooth and Sheep Foot rollers.
Thorough understanding of soil compaction techniques.
Ability to conduct daily pre-start equipment inspections.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) standards in mining.
Experience working in open-pit mining environments.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work long shifts.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-site repairs.
Ability to read and follow site maps and grade stakes.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.
