AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED is recruiting dedicated Pump Operators to manage water and fluid handling systems at our mining sites in Tanzania. Our company is a fast-growing entity in the mining and earthmoving sector, providing critical infrastructure support. Managing water levels and fluid transfer is vital for the safety and continuity of our mining operations in regions like Singida.
The Pump Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various pumping systems used in dewatering and fluid management. You will monitor flow rates, check for leaks, and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime. This role requires technical aptitude and the ability to respond quickly to changing site conditions to ensure uninterrupted mining activities.

Key Requirements
Technical certification or diploma in mechanical or related field.
Experience operating large-scale industrial or mining pumps.
Knowledge of dewatering processes in open-pit mines.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pumps.
Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and pressure gauges.
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to environmental and safety compliance.
Willingness to work outdoor shifts in varied weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills for handling equipment failures.
Previous experience in the Tanzanian mining sector is preferred.
