Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry
Strong knowledge of open-pit mining and large-scale earthmoving operations
Proven ability to manage and lead large teams to meet production targets
Certification in occupational health and safety (OSHA/MSHA)
Proficiency in developing and monitoring production schedules
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle site emergencies
Strong communication and technical report writing skills
Experience with heavy equipment monitoring and fleet management systems
Valid mining supervisor certification recognized in Tanzania
Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
