Key Requirements
Multiple heavy equipment operating certifications
Minimum 2 years experience in mining operations
High level of machine adaptability
Strict adherence to site safety standards
Ability to work in remote mining locations
Readiness for rotational shift schedules
Excellent physical fitness
Effective communication skills
Experience across various heavy machines
Strong focus on operational productivity
