As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be tasked with leveling surfaces, maintaining haul roads, and creating drainage contours within the mine site. This role requires a high degree of technical skill to manage blade angles and pressure to achieve the desired finish. You will work closely with the civil engineering and site management teams to ensure that all road surfaces meet the required safety and performance standards for heavy hauling equipment.

Key Requirements
Advanced certification or diploma in heavy equipment operation, focusing on graders.
At least 5 years of experience in precision grading for road construction or mining.
Proficiency in operating modern motor graders with electronic controls and GPS guidance.
Expert ability to read and execute plans from engineering drawings and survey pegs.
Strong understanding of soil compaction and drainage principles.
Dedication to machine upkeep and identifying potential mechanical failures early.
High level of professional integrity and a commitment to safety-first operations.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the field.
Flexibility to adapt to changing site conditions and operational priorities.
Valid heavy vehicle driver's license and a clean safety record.
