AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED is seeking 6 experienced Drivers to join our fast-growing mining and earthmoving services team in Tanzania. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy vehicles to transport materials and support large-scale mining operations. Safety is our top priority, and drivers must adhere to all site-specific regulations. These roles are critical for maintaining the efficiency of our mining logistics and equipment movement.
You will work in a dynamic environment alongside other skilled professionals in the Singida region. Key Requirements
Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Class E/F or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years experience in mining or earthmoving transport.
Proven ability to operate heavy trucks in rough terrain and challenging conditions.
Strong understanding of safety protocols in mining environments.
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle inspections and maintenance.
Defensive driving certification is highly preferred.
Excellent physical fitness and vision for long-distance operating.
Ability to work long shifts and in remote mining areas.
Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
Good communication and teamwork skills for site coordination.
