AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED is looking for 8 experienced Dozer Operators to support our heavy equipment operations in Tanzania. As part of our fast-growing mining and earthmoving division, you will play a critical role in site preparation, leveling, and material movement. Our projects demand high precision and a dedication to excellence, and we are seeking operators who take pride in their work and the machinery they operate.
In this position, you will operate track-type tractors (bulldozers) to push, pile, and spread materials such as soil, rock, and debris. Your responsibilities will include maintaining site grades according to engineering specifications and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in your work area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bulk earthworks and be able to work efficiently under the guidance of site supervisors to achieve project milestones.

Key Requirements
Professional certification in bulldozer or heavy equipment operation.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Dozer Operator in the mining or heavy construction industry.
Expertise in operating large-scale dozers such as CAT D8, D9, or D10 equivalents.
Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and site survey markers.
Profound understanding of safety procedures related to slope work and machine stability.
Experience in performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machine tracks and blades.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills for handling difficult terrain and material types.
Compliance with all site-specific environmental and safety regulations.
Reliable transportation to the job site and flexibility for rostered work schedules.
