We are currently recruiting for 25 ADT (Articulated Dump Truck) Operators to join our dynamic operations at AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED. As an ADT Operator, you will be responsible for transporting materials across various terrains within the mine site. This includes hauling waste rock, ore, and other materials from excavation points to designated dump sites or processing areas. You must be adept at navigating articulated vehicles in challenging conditions while strictly adhering to all traffic and safety regulations on site. Consistent performance and a focus on operational productivity are key to success in this role.

Key Requirements
Valid driving license with the appropriate class for heavy articulated vehicles.
At least 2 years of experience operating Articulated Dump Trucks in a mining or construction setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of load distribution and vehicle stability on uneven terrain.
Commitment to following mine site speed limits and haulage route protocols.
Ability to conduct and document thorough daily vehicle inspections.
Strong hazard identification skills to maintain a safe working environment.
Adaptability to working in dusty, noisy, and outdoor conditions.
Effective teamwork skills for coordination with loading tool operators.
Basic understanding of vehicle dashboard warnings and diagnostic systems.
Punctuality and a strong work ethic to meet production targets.
