ADT OPERATORS (15 POSITIONS) @ AKSHAR MINING SERVICES LIMITED
We are currently hiring skilled ADT Operators for our New Luika Gold Mine operations in Songwe. This role involves operating Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT) to move heavy materials across various terrain while ensuring the highest levels of safety and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be a vital part of our production cycle. You must demonstrate technical expertise, maintain machine health, and communicate effectively with ground crews and other machine operators to facilitate smooth site operations.

Key Requirements
Relevant heavy equipment operating certification
Minimum 2 years experience in mining operations
Advanced knowledge of ADT operation and handling
Strong understanding of mining safety standards
Ability to work in remote mining environments
Ability to work rotational shifts
Physical fitness for high-intensity work
Excellent spatial awareness
Experience with machine maintenance checklists
Strong team collaboration skills
