AKO Catering Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. This role is pivotal in managing our corporate accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the finance team to prepare comprehensive financial statements, manage audits, and provide analytical insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of financial systems and a proven track record in accounting, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of our facility management services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA (T) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial accounting and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP System and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Knowledge of local tax laws and financial compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
