ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER @ AKO CATERING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
AKO Catering Facilities Management is looking for a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to assist in the coordination and oversight of our hospitality and facility management operations. You will play a crucial role in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring operational performance to ensure we deliver high-quality services to our clients. This position requires a proactive individual capable of leading teams and managing complex service environments.
Experience working in remote camps, mining sites, or large-scale catering operations is highly desirable. You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships and ensure that all operational targets are met efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards set by the company.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Project Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in catering or facility management.
Knowledge of project coordination, budgeting, and cost control.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Experience in remote camps or mining site operations.
Ability to analyze operational performance data.
Competence in resource planning and deployment.
High degree of flexibility and problem-solving skills.
