Akilisofterp is seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our in-house team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing engaging content tailored for our social media channels, with a specific focus on Instagram, Reels, and TikTok trends that resonate with the Tanzanian audience. You will play a vital role in shaping our brand's voice and digital presence, ensuring that our visual storytelling is both professional and highly captivating. This is a full-time, office-based role, requiring an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of producing high-quality content using mobile technology. Key Requirements
Fluent in Swahili and English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut
Experience and comfort shooting high-quality video on mobile devices
Strong understanding of composition, framing, and professional lighting
Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends relevant to the Tanzanian market
Ability to work full-time, in-house at our Dar es Salaam office
Portfolio demonstrating creative content production skills
Strong storytelling capabilities for short-form video formats
A keen eye for current digital aesthetics and consumer behavior
Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously
