CREDIT ANALYST @ AKIBA COMMERCIAL BANK PLC
Akiba Commercial Bank PLC (ACB) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our professional team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness of clients, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring that all credit activities align with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the health of our loan portfolio by monitoring accounts and providing expert technical guidance on credit structuring to internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of three years of relevant banking experience.
At least two years specifically in credit analysis, risk management, or credit underwriting.
Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
Good commercial judgement and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in regulatory reporting and portfolio management.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental technical guidance.
Demonstrated ability to manage concentration limit exemptions.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in financial reporting.
Ability to interpret and apply complex banking policies and procedures.
