Key Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales within the travel or tourism sector.
Deep understanding of the local travel market and corporate landscape in Tanzania.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
A result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative international team.
