IT ASSISTANT @ AJIRA TALENT
Ajira Talent is seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network configurations, and overseeing Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS). This role involves a blend of IT expertise and business knowledge, ensuring that all technical systems align with organizational objectives and support daily business operations efficiently. In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure, and support the integration of IT solutions within the accounting and business departments. You must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to handle tasks both independently and collaboratively. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting with IT, Business study with IT, or a related field.
Practical experience in managing Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS).
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technical support procedures.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
Capacity to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
Demonstrated skill in collaborating effectively within a team environment.
