A leading organization is seeking an HSE Director to spearhead health, safety, and environmental strategy across a diverse multi-project portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This executive-level role reports directly to the COO and is responsible for driving a culture of safety transformation and continuous improvement across major operations. Work locations include the capital city of Riyadh and the pioneering giga-project site at NEOM. The successful candidate will manage large HSE teams and ensure that all environmental compliance and sustainability goals are met within the Energy, Construction, and Petrochemical sectors.
The position offers a highly competitive monthly salary of SAR 65,000–95,000 tax-free. Deep knowledge of international HSE standards and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proven experience managing HSE teams across multiple large-scale projects.
Expertise in environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related field.
Professional certification such as NEBOSH Diploma or CSP is preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Energy or Construction.
Strategic planning skills and advanced risk assessment capabilities.
