AIRSEA Clearing & Forwarding Ltd is looking for a professional and organized Secretary to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical support, manage communications, and ensure the office runs efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The Secretary will play a key role in the administrative function, coordinating with various departments to ensure logistics operations are supported effectively. This position requires a proactive individual capable of handling high-pressure situations, multitasking, and contributing to the overall productivity of our Clearing and Forwarding team.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration.
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
Experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff.
Ability to manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
