We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth specifically within the Facility Management (FM) department. This role requires a professional who can blend technical engineering knowledge with commercial acumen to support our expansion efforts in the region.
As a Junior Business Development Engineer, you will be heavily involved in the tendering process, preparing technical proposals, and conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends. We are looking for an individual who is ready to join immediately and has at least two years of experience in a technical role with exposure to tendering. You will work closely with the FM team to ensure our service offerings are competitive and meet the high standards expected by our clients.

Based in Abu Dhabi
Immediate Join
Minimum of two years technical experience
Experience in tendering for the FM department
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to analyze technical specifications for bid preparation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive approach to identifying new business leads
