GRADUATE TRAINEE – HSE OFFICER @ AIE
aie is currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Graduate Trainee HSE Officer to join their team in Dar es Salaam. This position offers a unique opportunity for graduates in Health and Safety or Environmental fields to develop their practical skills within a professional setting. The trainee will be involved in ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance across company operations and project sites.
The role provides comprehensive exposure to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems, including site safety inspections and hazard identification. The trainee will assist in conducting risk assessments, developing safety training programs, and documenting incidents. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Science.
Smart, energetic, and professional individual.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
OSHA certification or related HSE training is an added advantage.
