ADVOCATE / LEGAL COUNSEL – EMPLOYEE INVESTIGATIONS @ AHN
Africa Healthcare Network (AHN) is seeking a qualified Advocate or Legal Counsel to support their operations in Mwanza on a part-time basis. This specialized role focuses on conducting thorough and objective employee investigations to ensure that all workplace actions align with both company policy and national labor regulations. Key Requirements
Must be a registered Advocate or Legal Counsel with valid admission to the Bar.
Proven experience specifically in conducting internal employee investigations.
In-depth knowledge of the Tanzania Employment and Labour Relations Act and related laws.
Must be currently based in Mwanza or have the immediate ability to work there.
Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate evidence and legal risks accurately.
Strong report-writing skills with the ability to document complex findings clearly.
High level of professional integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Fluency in both English and Swahili is required for effective communication.
Ability to conduct professional interviews and gather credible evidence during inquiries.
Previous experience providing legal counsel for corporate or healthcare organizations.
