AHI Company is currently recruiting a meticulous and proactive Procurement Officer to manage our purchasing activities and supply chain operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the company acquires high-quality goods and services at the most competitive prices while maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and identify the most reliable suppliers in the market.
The Procurement Officer will be tasked with negotiating contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and streamlining procurement processes to enhance efficiency. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role
In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and best practices
Exceptional aptitude in decision-making and working with financial data
Experience in collecting and analyzing data to drive procurement decisions
Excellent negotiation and networking skills with local and international vendors
Strong leadership capabilities to guide procurement assistants and interns
BSc degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
Familiarity with procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement cycles simultaneously
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and transparency
