PROCUREMENT LEAD - WASTE LUBE OIL @ AHAVA GLOBAL CONSULTING
The Procurement Lead for Waste Lube Oil will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent supply of waste lube oil for our manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in balancing cost, quality, and sustainability goals while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire logistics chain from collection to delivery, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. You will work closely with internal teams to identify process improvements, negotiate competitive pricing structures, and manage the procurement lifecycle within the oil, lubricants, and mining sectors.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Proven experience in chemical raw materials procurement.
Industry experience in Oil, Lubricants, Automotive, or Mining.
Strong negotiation and strategic sourcing skills.
Excellent logistics management and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in contract management and supplier performance tracking.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Strong communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of sustainability practices within the manufacturing industry.
