PROCUREMENT LEAD - WASTE LUBE OIL @ AHAVA GLOBAL CONSULTING
Ahava Global Consulting is recruiting a Procurement Lead specializing in waste lube oil to support our manufacturing operations in Dar es Salaam. This position focuses on the strategic acquisition of waste lube oil, ensuring a reliable and sustainable supply chain that meets our quality and cost-effectiveness requirements. The Procurement Lead will manage the entire sourcing cycle, from developing strategic supplier relationships to monitoring performance and ensuring contractual compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement.
Proven experience in the procurement of chemical raw materials.
Prior work experience in Oil, Lubricants, Automotive, or Mining industries.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and monitor performance metrics.
Advanced understanding of logistics and supply chain optimization.
Ability to ensure quality control standards in raw material acquisition.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex supply chain issues.
Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
