ACCOUNTS MANAGER @ AHAVA GLOBAL CONSULTING
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for the overall financial health of our manufacturing operations. You will prepare accurate financial statements, manage the general ledger, and ensure that all reconciliations are conducted in a timely manner. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of improving accounting processes and internal controls.
The candidate will also coordinate internal and external audits and oversee fiscal year-end closing activities. You will play a key role in maintaining financial compliance and providing data-driven insights to leadership to support decision-making within the industrial environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Professional accounting certification such as CPA or ACCA.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Experience in managing general ledgers and bank reconciliations.
Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to lead fiscal year-end closing and audit processes.
Strong data analysis skills for process improvement.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments.
