ACCOUNTS MANAGER @ AHAVA GLOBAL CONSULTING
Ahava Global Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Manager to join our manufacturing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by managing general ledgers, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations. You will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, while coordinating with external auditors to ensure operational transparency.
Furthermore, the Accounts Manager will be tasked with optimizing internal controls and improving current accounting workflows to drive operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to fiscal year-end closing activities and a deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
6-8 years of professional experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data analysis software.
Professional accounting certification such as CPA or ACCA.
Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated experience in managing internal controls and process improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict fiscal deadlines.
Strong leadership capabilities for team oversight and departmental management.
Advanced proficiency in financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
