Ahava Global is seeking a highly qualified Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, budgeting, and capital allocation in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving long-term planning and supporting business growth through expert financial management and data-driven insights. The role involves optimizing costs and tracking key performance indicators to ensure the organization's financial health.
In addition to strategic planning, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. This includes managing audits and ensuring that all multi-entity operations adhere to regulatory standards. The position requires a leader who can maintain transparency and accuracy while providing the executive team with high-level business intelligence to guide decision-making processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Must hold a professional CPA or CA qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in a senior leadership or CFO role.
Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategy.
Expertise in financial reporting and managing multi-entity operations.
Strong understanding of internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
Ability to drive financial performance through KPI tracking.
Proficiency in cost optimization and resource management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide data-driven business insights.
