Key Requirements
Extensive experience in cooperative development and management within the agricultural sector.
In-depth knowledge of the dairy sector in Kenya and its specific value chain dynamics.
Proven track record of supporting farmer organisations to become more business-oriented.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing climate-smart agricultural development initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to provide strategic and technical advice to dairy cooperatives.
A relevant degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to assess the needs and performance of cooperatives.
Willingness to travel frequently within Kenya to work directly with cooperatives and farmers.
