Agriedge Solutions is seeking a General Accountant for an FMCG and perishables commodity trading firm based in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a critical role requiring a professional who can handle the fast-paced nature of import and re-export distribution. You will be tasked with managing accounting records, utilizing specialized software, and overseeing financial transactions within the commodity trading sector. Possible work location includes Business Bay, Dubai. The salary for this position is AED 7,000 per month.
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity trading and possess a valid UAE driving license with your own car. Preference will be given to candidates from South India with exceptional communication skills in English. This role offers the chance to become a key player in a startup that is rapidly scaling its operations across the UAE.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
Specific experience in the commodity trading industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
Must own a personal car for mobility.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Excellent spoken English communication skills.
Experience in FMCG or perishables industry accounting.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations.
