AGKI Medical Laboratory is seeking three motivated Junior IT & Software Developers to join their growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector by developing digital solutions. The successful candidates will work on a variety of projects, ranging from web application development to system maintenance, all aimed at improving healthcare delivery through technology. The developers will collaborate closely with a dynamic team to innovate and implement system improvements. Key tasks include supporting API development, maintaining company websites, and ensuring seamless system integrations. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with modern frameworks and databases while gaining valuable experience in a professional medical laboratory environment located in Kibaha, Pwani.
Key Requirements
Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications
Diploma or Degree holders in a related field
Strong focus on practical technical skills and problem-solving ability
Basic to intermediate knowledge of API development and system integrations
Experience with Django or Laravel frameworks (academic or project level is acceptable)
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team on system innovations
Passion for healthcare innovation and digital healthcare solutions
Prior experience in mobile application development is an added advantage
Proficiency in UI/UX design and social media management tools like Photoshop or CapCut
