Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mining, or Business Administration.
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the mining, mechanical, or electrical engineering industry.
Experience in strategic planning and business development within the Tanzanian market.
Ability to manage large teams and oversee day-to-day operations efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with stakeholders and local authorities.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
Proficiency in project management and operational excellence methodologies.
Knowledge of local labor laws and safety regulations in the mining sector.
Ability to conduct online interviews and work effectively in a global environment.
