PCM (FTTX & RURAL PROJECTS) @ AFROTEL GROUP
Afrotel Group is hiring a Project Coordinator Manager (PCM) specializing in FTTX and rural network projects. In this capacity, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover. You will act as the primary liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. Your ability to monitor performance, costs, and scheduling will be critical in achieving our project objectives. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing leadership to site teams while ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met according to company standards. Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as PCM in FTTX or Rural projects
Good understanding of telecom networks
Proven experience in project management and documentation
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Ability to manage project costs and timelines effectively
Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring
Experience in vendor management and client relations
Attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance
