IN-CHARGE - 10 POSITIONS @ AFRIPORT
The In-Charge position at afriport involves taking responsibility for specific sections or departments within our garment manufacturing facility in Ubungo. As an In-Charge, you will coordinate the daily activities of your assigned area, ensuring that production quotas are met and that quality standards are consistently maintained across all stages of garment assembly.
This role requires an organized professional who can manage resources effectively and act as a bridge between management and the production staff. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, preparing performance reports, and ensuring that all staff members in your section adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or section-head role within a factory.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to coordinate complex production schedules across multiple teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of the garment manufacturing lifecycle.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical skills for monitoring production efficiency and quality.
