SALES EXECUTIVE – FMCG DISTRIBUTION @ AFRICRUIT
Africruit is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our FMCG Distribution team in Tanzania. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives and expanding our market presence within Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector and the ability to navigate the complexities of local distribution networks to ensure our products reach a wide range of consumers effectively.
Your daily activities will involve building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and wholesalers. You will be expected to conduct frequent market visits to monitor product visibility, track competitor movements, and identify emerging business opportunities. By achieving monthly sales targets and implementing strategic territory expansion plans, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth and success in the East African market.

Key Requirements
Experience in FMCG sales or distribution is highly preferred.
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
Must be target-oriented and self-driven to meet monthly performance metrics.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Dar es Salaam region and assigned territories.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activities within the FMCG sector.
Ability to ensure product visibility and availability at various points of sale.
Strong analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A valid driver's license and the ability to handle field visits independently.
