Key Requirements
Experience in FMCG sales or distribution is highly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with diverse clients.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Deep knowledge of the local Tanzanian market and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Excellent customer service skills and relationship management.
Capability to perform detailed market analysis and competitor tracking.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams.
Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
