MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE @ AFRICRUIT
The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and performing hands-on maintenance for cosmetic production machineries at our facility in Tanzania. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation of powder filling machines, including multihead and hopper-piston fillers, as well as complex conveyor systems to minimize production downtime and maintain high output quality. Candidates will manage a variety of technical assets including electrical panels, diesel generators, chillers, and compressors. Additionally, the role involves supervising utility plants such as RO Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), boilers, and transformers to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Requirements
Hands-on experience with powder filling machines including multihead fillers.
Proficiency in maintaining hopper-piston fillers and conveyor systems.
Preferred knowledge of Electrical Panels and troubleshooting circuitry.
Experience in the operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators.
Ability to manage and repair industrial Chillers and Compressors.
Technical understanding of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants.
Knowledge of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) processes and maintenance.
Experience working with industrial Boilers and Transformers.
Proven background in the maintenance of cosmetic or pharmaceutical production lines.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for mechanical systems.
