FINANCE CONTROLLER @ AFRICRUIT
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Finance Controller to join a dynamic Agro Processing Company in Tanzania. The role involves overseeing all financial operations, from strategic planning to manufacturing finance, within the East African region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and growth of the agro-processing plant through rigorous management and strategic insight.
Daily responsibilities include managing the finance team, coordinating with manufacturing heads to streamline cost control, and ensuring all internal controls and audit requirements are met. You will provide critical MIS reporting and cash flow management to support executive decision-making. This role requires a professional who can blend technical financial expertise with practical leadership in a manufacturing setting.

Key Requirements
Must possess a CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
Significant experience working in the Manufacturing or Agro Processing industry.
Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting processes.
Strong experience in generating MIS and Financial Reporting for stakeholders.
Demonstrated proficiency in Cost Control and Cash Flow Management.
In-depth knowledge of Audit, Compliance, and Internal Controls.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in Team Management.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
