The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of sugarcane plantations, ensuring optimal crop health and maximized yields to support the company's processing facilities.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in large-scale sugarcane plantation management.
Strong background in agro-processing and industrial agriculture operations.
Proficiency in crop management, irrigation systems, and soil fertility specifically for sugarcane.
Experience in managing farm operations and a large workforce in an international setting.
Ability to oversee technical aspects of sugarcane cultivation from planting to harvest.
Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and local teams.
Educational background in Agricultural Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
Knowledge of modern agricultural machinery and precision farming techniques.
Proven track record in optimizing crop yields and implementing sustainable farming practices.
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania and manage field activities in East Africa.
