Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales or Revenue Manager within the tourism or hospitality sector. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. Proficiency in revenue management software and CRM tools. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets. Deep understanding of the Tanzanian tourism market and competitive landscape. Demonstrated leadership ability to drive performance and results. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for international client communication. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex sales deals.
