Key Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating ICT training programs and administrative support.
Practical knowledge of managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics.
Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, logistics, and resource allocation.
Ability to provide technical support to both trainers and students during sessions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative project management tools.
