STORE KEEPER – CONSTRUCTION SITE @ AFRICAB
Africab is seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to join our construction site team in Tanzania. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the daily operations of the site warehouse, ensuring that all construction materials and equipment are properly received, stored, and issued. The ideal candidate will maintain an accurate inventory system and ensure that project materials are readily available to meet the construction timeline without delays.
In addition to stock management, the Store Keeper will be responsible for digital record-keeping using Microsoft Excel and other data entry tools. The company provides a supportive work environment including on-site food and accommodation. This is an international opportunity where the company handles visa and air ticket arrangements for the selected candidate. Key Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience as a Store Keeper, specifically within India.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Proven experience in accurate data entry and inventory tracking.
Age must be up to 30 years old at the time of application.
Ability to manage construction site materials and maintain site organization.
Strong attention to detail for verifying delivery notes and purchase orders.
Capability to work on-site and reside in provided accommodation.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with site supervisors and suppliers.
High school diploma or equivalent certification in logistics or related field.
Knowledge of safety protocols and material handling procedures on construction sites.
