Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
Completed studies in Electrical courses at any level (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree).
Strong desire to learn and professional work ethic.
Excellent ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
Proficiency in basic electrical safety procedures and tools.
Ability to follow complex technical instructions and blueprints.
Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
Punctuality and dedication to assigned tasks.
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Basic computer literacy for technical reporting and documentation.
