PROJECT MANAGER @ AFRICA SOCIAL AMBITIOUS INITIATIVE (ASAI)
Africa Social Ambitious Initiative (ASAI) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our social impact initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring that they align with ASAI’s mission and deliver measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
As the Project Manager, you will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. You will oversee budget management and ensure that all project activities are conducted with transparency and accountability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can inspire teams and drive community-level change through effective project governance and reporting. Candidates must be prepared to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Experience in the NGO or social initiative sector is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and Swahili.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
